I’ve encountered a bug in Marvel’s Avengers.
If you’ve encountered a bug in the game, please first try to close the game and restart it, to see whether the problem persists.
If you still encounter the same issue after restarting the game, please try to load a backup save file. To load a backup save follow the steps below:
PlayStation®4 & Xbox:

Go to the main menu

Select ‘Settings’

Select the ‘Gameplay’ tab

Select ‘Backup saves’ sub-menu at the bottom of the list

Select one of the available backup saves
Steam:
-
Close the game
-
Go to the “Documents” folder on your PC (usually this will be C:\Users\your local username\Documents)

Open the folder for “Marvel’s Avengers” and then the folder named after your Steam64ID (a 17 digit number)

Make a backup copy of the save files in that folder(for example by copying them into a separate folder)

Once you’ve backed up your files, delete the “save1_1.dat” file

Then rename one of the other save files to “save1_1”
-
Start the game again
